All 5 locations are located in Gilbert, AZ and each home are licensed for 10 beds capacity by Department of Health Services. We are also contracted with Medicaid (UHC) on selected locations.

We arrange for visiting Podiatrists and a Registered Nurse to do Service Plan designed for each resident's needs.
Caissa Assisted Living Home will coordinate with the Pharmacy to home deliver prescriptions, and work together with therapists fo
